Oldham Council’s initiative to convert the mill into a business centre was driven by a vision to provide cost-effective workspace solutions for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and is a landmark business centre opened at its time with a waiting list for space within it.

In 2018, The Cross Group acquired the site, marking a new chapter in its history. The group’s acquisition has been followed by a full refurbishment, enhancing the site’s facilities and infrastructure.

WHO WE ARE
Falcon Business Centre is part of The Cross Group of Companies , who also manage Falcon Self Storage within the same site and Chambers Business Centre together with Chambers Self Storage, situated in Hollinwood, Oldham.
This ensures ample flexibility is provided to all businesses based within the centre, to be able to smoothly work across all Oldham based sites, as and when tenant’s business space requirements change etc. Between all sites there are hundreds of business & domestic customers leasing, Industrial, Workshop, Storage including Self-Storage & Office spaces.
