Falcon Business Centre in Chadderton, Oldham provides a range of workshop, storage and office units.
The centre has been home to numerous businesses over the years and seen as a hub for local business.
The site is a former cotton spinning mill, which was converted by the local authority with the aim of providing cost effective business space for small to medium enterprises. The site is ideal for start-up and established businesses with the ability to move units as business grows.
The site was acquired by The Cross Group in 2018, and since then has been undergoing a gradual refurbishment.
WHO WE ARE
This centre was opened initially as Falcon Enterprise Centre, and enjoyed a high level of occupancy and indeed had waiting lists of businesses wanting space. Falcon at the time developed to encourage small businesses at a time when there was a steep decline in textile based work in Oldham. The area did not have much to offer in the way of small business premises such as business centres and industrial parks.
Falcon Business Centre is part of The Cross Group, who also manage Falcon Self Storage, Chambers Business Centre and Chambers Self Storage, all situated within Oldham. This ensures ample flexibility is provided to all tenant’s, to be able to smoothly work across all 4 sites and as and when tenant’s business space requirements change, then we can try our utmost to assist wherever possible.
